Printing Reports

Thanks Andrew, 
I,m using the CUPS printing system and it does not recognise the 'lpr' system, I discovrered that it uses 'lp' instead and prints the reports I need OK. However when I tried to print a graphed report it won't print the complete page, it cuts off the top half (approx). This may be a shortcoming of the 'lp' system?? It may well print correctly with 'lpr'?
