Printing Reports

No, most likely this is a problem in the gnome-print subsystem
used by gnucash-1.8.  As 1.8 is still a gtk-1 app it's using a
lot of old, unmaintained libraries, so we're hoping this particular
issue will get fixed in the g2 port.
