improper invoice payments work-around

Actually, it is FIFO.  The usual complaint is the inability to pay to
a specific invoice.  I had never thought of having two invoices posted
at different times with the same due date, so I just didn't consider
that case to make sure it was deterministic.  oops.

Can you file a bug report on this, please?
