I have checked the archived, but can see nothing about
Gnucash not finding F::Q on OS X, or issued with Fink
& Gnucash etc. I've just dumped the entire SW folder
and done a complete reinstall of Gnucash and
finance-quote-pm586 via Fink. The problem still
remains.
I"ve also tried uninstalling finance-quote in Fink and
installing it using update-finance-quote. The install
went OK, but made no difference to the original
problem. I still can't set in stocks to use automatic
updating, it's still greyed out.
Does anyone know where Gnucash keeps it's paths for
perl modules etc? I checked ~/.gnucash but they're not
the there. I'm not sure where else to look. When I
have more time I'm going to have a go at installing
Gnucash from source without Fink, if that's possible.
Jeremy.
