g-wrap compile problem on Ubuntu

This is VERY weird.  I have no idea why configure would find
g-wrap-config but not have g-wrap.scm installed.   Do you have
the g-wrap package installed?  From README.dependencies:

    - g-wrap-1.9.6-2ubuntu2
