missing Accounts Tree window

I have lost my account tree window.  I have searched the menus, help, and the 
gnucash website, and I have not been able to find any information about how 
to open the window again.  I don't know if I closed the window or if it just 
wasn't present after I upgraded my system.

Can anyone tell me how to get my accounts window back?

I am using gnuCash 1.8.11.
