Automatic quotes

When I type
" gnucash --add-price-quotes /home/jack/.gnucash.xac"

this is the response
"gnucash: [W] "No accounts marked for quote retrieval.""

I'm sure it is something simple I am missing,

 I have instances of "GNUcash.xac" & "gnucash.xac" dated Feb 23 also 3
other  files on same day
 GNUcash.xac.20060223093325.xac 
GNUcash.xac.20060223095712.xac
GNUcash.xac.20060223104047.xac
