Um, it sounds like /home/jack/.gnucash.xac is not the name of your
data file. At least .gnucash.xac != GNUcash.xac -- and the data file
you sent earlier certainly doesn't have any accounts marked for
quote retrieval... So my guess is that you're passing the wrong
filename to gnucash.
