Folks - as with most large FOSS mailing lists, the best option is
gmane.org. See http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gnome.apps.gnucash.user .
This provides a good web interface, but for really efficient browsing and
searching of the archive, point a good news reader like Thunderbird at the
NNTP newsgroup. When you subscribe, tell it to download all messages.
In the thunderbird subscribe dialog, enter "gnucash" to see any other
gnucash-related groups.
gmane isn't just for archives; many people find it easier to join and leave
lists this way rather than subscribing directly.
Hope this helps,
-Simon
