ofx direct connect

OFX Direct Connect in GnuCash is relative new, I think.  I did try to
make it work with BoA.  I tried to use Quicken 2002 to get that info
and Intuit has stopped Direct Connect for Quicken 2002.   And it's
kind of difficult to justify spending $40 just to get a server
address.  And I don't usually buy Windows softwares, since I try
really hard to do everything on Linux.
