I'm not sure how commercial training or commercial documentation
differs from the Tutorial and Concepts Guide and Help docs that
exist already.

Well, gnucash supports QIF, OFX, and HBCI, and it certainly conforms
to GAAPs, but I don't know what kindof "standard" you think
there would be to implement.  Could you be more specific?
