qfx file import

I ran ./configure again and it worked fine.

As for the rest, i have no doubt that it is a packaging
error. The Ubuntu repositories list three files when
searching on ofx with the Adept package management tool:

libofx-devel
libofx2c2a
ofx

I had the first two installed initially and got a clean
build with no OFX/QFX import option. When I added the ofx
package and the --enable-ofx option I got a clean build
with the correct import choices on the file/import dialog.
As I mentioned, I just now got a clean configure without
the --enable-ofx option specified.

That's as much as I know, except I appreciate your
assistance.
