Accounts Tree Window Missing Files

Hi,
I've just noticed that the Main Accounts Tree is no longer showing all
the accounts. I have /Liabilities/Accounts/ branch and under this should
be a series of credit card accounts. Only one is showing although the
others exist and are currently showing as open tabbed windows.

Adding a new parent account and reassigning one of the missing accounts
does not solve the problems. (in fact both are missing from the window -
even after savin and restarting the program). 

However if I open a new Account window this shows all the accounts perfectly.
Unfortunately, you cant replace the main Account window with the new
one.

I'm running 2.0.2 and have some 12 years of domestic accounts on the system.

Anybody know how I can resolve this issue?
