Billable items appear in more than one invoice

Opps I forgot to mention the version, Ubuntu Edgy 2.0.1-3ubuntu2.

Unless I'm misinterpreting, I believe I've done this. 

After I post the Vendor bill I go to  "Invoice #1",  click on the
"invoiced?" which puts an x in the column. I them select an "Income
Account" for the billable item.

They show up in the completed and posted invoice.

Also keep in mind I'm not creating the second customer invoice until the
first invoice has been posted.  At this point it doesn't like I should
see billable items that have already been posted in another invoice.
