Billable items appear in more than one invoice

Did you click on the line-items for the invoice you actually want to 
attach them
to?  They'll "show up" in the invoice screens (but shouldn't be 
included in the
invoice totals) until you either:

a) post the invoice, or
b) select the line items to include them on a specific invoice.
