Advanced portfolio doing weird things after upgrade to 2.0.5

I take that back... The Windows user who posted this and I both do have this 
error message appearing on the Advanced Portfolio report:

This message is displayed at the bottom, which I've never seen before:   
  -   * this commodity data was built using transaction pricing instead of the 
price list.    
  -   If you are in a multi-currency situation, the exchanges may not be 
correct.
