Help getting OFX info for Suntrust

Hi All,

First, my thanks to whoever made Aqau banking work with Windows without
doing a source build.  :)

Second, I'd like to set up online banking to work with my SunTrust 
account.  The account is based in NC, USA, so I assume it uses OFX.  I 
know the web interface does. 

Still, I don't know what's meant by Bank Code, SWIFT Code, Bank ID, 
Customer ID vs User ID, and

under OFX options:
FID, ORG, Broker ID, or what there server URL should be.  I'm confident 
that the people at Suntrust who would know what these things should be, 
aren't easy to reach. 

Anybody help with this?
