Running GNU Cash for the first time - need help

Hello,

         I just download GNUCash 2.2.1 on my PC. It's a windows version. I
have windows XP on my pc.

         When I double click the icon, nothing happens no screen pops up. I
don't know where to start ?

         However I noticed in background process when I double click
gnucash.exe is running.

         Please let me know the steps for executing this software. By the
way I am behind firewall. if this could of any use.

        Awaiting eagerly to start on gnucash.
