Printing problems - Gnucash 2.2.1/MacOS 10.4.10

Gnomeprint was removed, so you can't use it if your gtk is "too new".
So your options are:

   downgrade gtk, rebuild gnucash, use gnomeprint
   upgrade gtk, use gtkprint
