Report error,An error occurred while running the report.

Derek,

I tried to run the report on an empty set of accounts.  No problem.  
When I started adding information ie. job billing id, no problem.  It 
wasn't until I hit the tax table.  If I add an entry with the tax table 
it crashes the report.
