QIF Import created spurious accounts

Hey all,

I ran the QIF import for the first time after upgrading to gnucash 2.2.1 and
it seems to work worse for me than it did previously. Even though the import
druid thing found the accounts I wanted to import to, it ended up creating
duplicate accounts with "2" attached to the end and then imported the
transactions into those accounts. Did I do something incorrectly? It always
seemed to work for me previously.
