Change APPID and APPVER in OFX DirectConnect

Hi,

Bank of America denied OFX Direct Connect from GnuCash a few month ago.
Based on the message the server gives, I guess changing APPID and APPVER to
fake some newer version of Quicken or Money would fix the problem.  Do I
have to change it in the source and recompile it?  If so, which file should
I change?

Furthermore, may I suggest make APPID and APPVER user configurable?
