Change APPID and APPVER in OFX DirectConnect

You need to change those in libofx. I'm not near my gnucash machine, so 
it's inconvenient to look up the specific routine.

The option is configurable with aqbanking 3.0 (gnucash needs some 
changes to work with the new aqbanking) and libofx 0.9 (recently released)
