Entering Fractions on Funds

Hello Derek,
sorry for the trouble.. The issue with the brokerage fee was a matter
of complete misunderstanding on accounting from me. I forgot about the
double entry concept and wasn´t registering correctly where the fee should
come from and where they should go to (Equity:Initial Balance and
Expenses:Brokerage Fees respectively, this last one created by me).
