gnucash 2.2.2 ofx qt3-wizard.exe windows

Hi, I use GNUCash 2.2.2 on Windows Vista.  I installed Qt and added the 
bin directory to my PATH variable.  I entered in the proper information 
to add an aqOFX user account to the online banking section, but got a 
message from Windows saying that the druid ran unsuccessfully and 
qt3-wizard.exe had stopped working unexpectedly.  I checked the trace 
log and this follows:
