Preventing the "Imbalance-*" accounts from getting used.

More recently, using only tab and the arrow keys to move around in a
transaction and without completing it, I somehow managed to create an
Orphan-GBP account, which I had to delete from my accounts tree
afterwards.  What caused this?

I humbly propose as a long-term feature request an option to prevent
the creation of new accounts in order to balance transactions and to
block the user from leaving an incomplete or otherwise unbalanced
transaction.
