Balance sheet doesn't balance

Hi,

I've been using gnucash for a while now and am starting to make use of some
of the reports.

I'm looking at my balance sheet and i'm finding that

assets != liabilities + equity

Not sure what I've done to mess up the balance sheet, so I though I'd ask
for some ideas of where to look.

I'm using gnucash 2.0.2
