Hi,
I'm a new user of gnucash (sorry, 2.0.5-1 on Debian etch at this point:
I'll try the new 2.2 soon). First of all, thanks for developers of such
a great software :-)
BTW, I've noticed a problem. When I try to input some description on the
transactions view, I cannot input any Japanese character. I usually use
skkinput to input Japanese on X applications. Also, another user also
reported the same problem in the following bug report with Anthy,
another Japanese (or multilingual) input method:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=391218
I noticed the difference between the description input and other input
dialogs is on the quickfill.
I guess the conflict between quickfill and Japanese input methods is the
problem. So, could you tell me if there's a way to disable the
quickfill? I couldn't find any compile option or preference option to
make that...
Regards,
Yusuke
