I have not tried 2.2 yet but in 2.1.4 and 2.1.5 I had the same 
behaviour. In fact you dont even have to drop-down the list, just click 
on it and it will work. Compared to pain that is called entering the 
invoice itself I found this issue so minor that did not bother posting.
