[gnucash] Which Report?

One of the troubles with hitting "Reply To All" is that I then get one reply
from the mailing list and one from the sender, so I get everything twice.

I notice, also, that ALL the senders get a copy. I imagine that each of them
gets one from me and one from the list. Doubles the input to their e-mail
client. I manually deleted them this time, but I do not always notice this.

Now my experience is that this is not the only list that behaves in this
way; some do, some do not. It is clearly possible to set them up either way.
But that is worse than a standard. Because I can never remember which is which.

So whether it is "correct" or not, it seems to me that if the e-mail client
sends the stuff, the e-mail should be the one replied to. But this argument
is already lost.
