gnucash 2.1.3 on Slackware/Dropline

Before it drops ... this all makes me smile, because, although the
grousing about Slackware has been going on for years, or so it seems,
you (and others) have been rather helpful to us Slack users, and we
genuinely appreciate it.  At least, I hope nobody is complaining.
