Perhaps I shouldn't butt in, but in company reports, isn't it usual to see 
something like:

Expenses                              $175
	Utilities			$75
	Rent			      $100

I haven't seen what Keith apparently wants, with "Expenses" repeated against 
each sub-account.  I doubt whether it is available.
