QIF import failure

Good day all,

I am trying to import a large QIF file (1.4 MBytes). QIF Import appears
to read in the file and
then fails with the error message: QIF file parse failed: Data for
number or date does not match a known format.

Can anyone suggest a way to identify the offending data line(s)?

I am using version 2.0.1 on Ubuntu Edgy.
