Importing Customers

Hi all,
is it possible to import a list of customers / vendors from a csv/text/other
file. I'm trying to migrate everything over to GNUcash and I don't want to
have to type in every contact one-by-one. At the moment I don't have any, so
I don't have to worry about duplicating or matching ID's or anything like
that.

Alternatively, and this is probably a new feature request, if you could link
to a PIM contact database that would be great.
