Upgrading in Ubuntu

Actually, the bug days going on are working on 2.1 -> 2.2.  These
changes probably wont make it back into 2.0.x

For testing you can still use 2.0.1, but I highly recommend updating
to 2.0.5 before you start using GnuCash for real.  It's much more
stable.
