Change location of data files in Windows?

The default seems to be: 'C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\'

I want to move it to 'C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents\GnuCash\'

Is this possible? Perhaps there is a configuration file, but I do not see any option to change this via the menus.

I work on a laptop and use offline file syncronization; 'My Documents' is on a file server. That is why I want to change the location.
