"Downgrade" GnuCash version made "Root Account" - why?

I'm a bit confused...it won't matter for me, but I would expect that
the page state "If you're planning on using the same datafile between
a 2.0.{<5} and 2.2 installation, every time you open the datafile with
2.0, the Root account will be re-inserted." then?
