is it me or is the bug I openned just ignored ?

Hi,

Some time ago, I found an annoying bug that prevents me from reconciling
my accounts without doing something I don't like to do : quit gnucash,
launch a console, launch gnucash in english. Yes, just launching the
beast in english solves the problem, but I don't want to use gnucash in
english because I'm French...

Questions :

Am I the only one to face this stupid reconciliation bug ?
If yes, can somebody who understands a bit of French try to launch
gnucash using :

"LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8 gnucash" and try to see if he faces the same bug as me ?

And last question... why is nobody from the GnuCash project even reading
the bug I openned ? The bug has been assigned to someone, I'm surprised
there's not even one comment or question in it !?
