Sorry, I must leave this to the Windows experts.  Interesting, I thought
PDFCreator was a commercial (read costs $) application.  Which meant
you were using Windows - but I was confused when pdfinfo returned the
GPL Ghostscript info.

Derek is obviously correct.  It is a GnuCash/Windows only problem.
