Chase Bank - Savings Account & OFX

i have a question regarding chase bank and online ofx connections:  i have 
successfully set up the checking, savings and credit card accounts.  i can 
get transactions/balances from my checking and credit card accounts, but the 
ofx connection info says that my savings account doesn't exist when i try to 
download transactions or get a balance, even though it is downloaded in the 
account list during configuration.  any pointers?
