UK stocks not accepted in .qic import

Yes, you need to create a commodity for every account you've ever
held. This is the downside of importing historical data. If you
don't care about it anymore then don't import that account.
The "exchanges" are just random strings that have no meaning.
The list is just a pre-defined set of strings, but you
can add your own. You can type in any string you want during
the "New Commodity" dialog and it will not only be accepted, but
it will get added to the list for next time.
