get on-line quotes in Windows

Hello. I just downloaded the Windows version of Gnucash, but I cannot get on line quotes to work. 

The instructions seem to be for Linux users rather than Windows users. I tried issuing the command gnc-fq-update in a DOS window, but it did not recognize it.

Can you tell me how to activate this feature in Gnucash for Windows?
