Gnucash 2.2.1 won't print

The current version in fink uses gnomeprint, since the gtk+ version  
is not recent enough to use gtkprint. My experience with printing  
from anything using that vintage of gnomeprint is that none of the  
printers show up in the print dialog. But if you select Generic  
Postscript in the print dialog, then gnucash will print to the Mac's  
default printer (even if it isn't a postscript printer).

Gtkprint is worse, because it doesn't play well with Apple's cups  
libraries. So you have to build gtk+ with the lpr backend and use  
that to get any printing out of newer gnome applications (anything  
using gtkprint) at all.
