cannot process the payment problem

Hi,

I am using GnuCash 2.2.1 on WindowsXP, I have discovered a problem. Under
the business menu Customer, Vendor and Employee "Process Payment" option
when selected. The Transfer Account selection tree is empty. So I cannot
select an account ant thus cannot process the payment.

Has anybody else discovered this problem?
