You could look through your .log files with file dates after your last
reconciliation for transactions with dates prior to
your last reconciliation. With a little luck there won't be too many of
these. You would also need to identify the accounts in
the transaction which seem to be by id. Perhaps the memo/description fields
would be enough to identify the transaction.

In any case that would give you a list of the changes that were made and
might isolate the critical ones.
