Same here - I was a Quickbooks user and on 12/31/2007 I switched to
GnuCash by entering starting balances.  The worse part was having to
re-enter a lot of customer data for creating invoices, but thankfully
I don't have too many customers so it wasn't too difficult.  It's
worth the switch.
