Rounding errors?

I'm seeing what appears to be a rounding error when applying GST to a 
vendor's bill. In BC, GST is 5%; when it is applied to a bill of 
$2583.74, GC shows the tax as $129.18 instead of $129.19, which is what 
it should round to ($129.187 is the actual result), per the vendor's 
bill and two separate calculators I tried.

Is this a known issue, or should it be raised in Bugzilla?
