Account Tabs on Tool Bar

On seeing Charles' response about the Ctrl+Alt+Page<Up/Down> key
combinations, I opened gnucash to try them.  On first opening, the key
combinations had no effect, until I clicked on or in a tab, as if the
focus wasn't on any tab until I consciously took action to put it there.
Having done that, the key combinations navigate as expected.
