Installing help on MacOSX - can't resolve dependency?

Since you're getting an error associated with gnome-keyring-dev and
libgoffice, you have a better chance of getting help from the fink
lists than the gnucash list (in that it isn't a gnucash error yet).
However, before you go there, try 'fink selfupdate-rsync' and then
'fink install gnucash2'. I'd recommend using the command line in a
terminal window vs. fink commander. FC is extremely old at this point,
and does have some bugs and lack of capacity for some newer situations.
When first installing fink from their binary installer, you are stuck
in what's known as "point" update mode. In that mode you can only get
packages in the stable tree (gnucash2-2.2.5, in our case). You have to
kick it once to really enable the unstable branch. After the first
time, 'fink selfupdate' should be sufficient.
The other possibility is that you don't have the crypto trees enabled.
The libgoffice package that asks for gnome-keyring-dev >= 2.24.1 is a
recent change that is not in the stable branch. So you seem to be
getting some recent unstable tree packages, but not others. Weird.
