Hello,

 

I have just downloaded the 2.2.3 stable exe for Windows.  When I start the
program, it hangs at Tip Of The Day.  Any ideas?

 

XP SP2

2.8 GHz

1 GB RAM

 

 

I am rebooting now to see if that helps.
